You know how some people make being organized look easy? Well, I think I am probably one of those people.  My brain works best when everything has a place and everything is in its place.  Moreover, that place also needs to make sense logically.  This is where my love of organization comes from.  Order gives humans more predictability about things and with predictability comes comfort.  I guess I like being comfortable! I am one of those weird people who love the process of moving and unpacking.  Not only do I truly enjoy the organizational nature of it but also the design aspect of making your house a home that is beautiful and reflects your style and lifestyle. One of my favorite things to do is picking paint colors! I am serious!  Color sets the mood of a room which sets the tone for how you live in it.  It is so important and not to toot my own horn but I have an eye for color (so I guess toot, toot!). 

When I am not doing these types of projects in our own home, I enjoy hiking, reading a suspenseful book, and most of all spending time with Alanna and some combination of our four children.

Since this is the “About Us” section, here are some tidbits: I love being married to the better half of Life Styled, together we share 4 cool kids, and a couple of son-in-laws who are pretty cool too.  We are always better together in work and in play so to have this company with her is super cool!  I love encouraging other women, a good pinot-noir, great sunscreen, fashion, the four seasons (climate, hotel & Vivaldi), podcasts, finding time to read, and apparently the word “cool”.
